Information Security Notice：
1. Policy purpose: To promote the information security management system, establish a safe and reliable information operating environment, and ensure the security of data, systems, equipment and networks. We make “Information Security Policy” (hereinafter referred to as this policy) to ensure information security, improve service quality, and achieve the goal of sustainable operation.
2. Scope of application: All employees, partners or units of the company are responsible for following this policy.
3. Promotion slogan: “Information security is everyone’s responsibility”.
4. Information Security Policy:
4.1 All employees of the company must sign the company’s “Confidentiality Consent”, and all external parties participating in the company’s project must sign the “External Participation Agreement”, and abide by the “National Secret Protection Law”, “Business Secret Law”, “Personal Data Protection Law”, “Copyright Law”, “Criminal Law”, “Information Security Management Law”, “Information Security Management Law Enforcement Rules” and Sub-Law of Information Security Management Law and other relevant national laws and regulations, and shall not occur Confidentiality or illegal events.
4.2 For delegation, joint cooperation or access or change of project data, access rights should be set for project files, and sensitive (confidential) information must be encrypted before transmission.
